I grew up around real estate. My family owned and managed commercial properties in Texas, and from a young age I learned what it actually takes to keep a building running — the calls at odd hours, the relationships with tenants, the spreadsheets that had to balance.
Through college in Washington DC, I managed residential properties across the District. I later became a licensed real estate agent and spent time inside larger property management firms. That's where I saw what was broken: miscommunication, hidden fees, and clients who were treated like ticket numbers.
Capital City Management is my answer to that. A boutique, owner-first firm built on transparency and direct communication. I run it solo, on purpose — every client works with me, not a queue.
